A refreshingly sweet tipple from Northern Ireland’s Copeland Gin range, founded in 2015 by Gareth Irvine (and subsequently crowdfunded! Nice work, team!). Combining notes of raspberry and gin, we reckon this’ll make a smashing G&T (garnished with fresh raspberries, obviously) or splashed into a glass of Champagne.
