This Sangiovese is born from grapes of organic production: a viticulture that exploits the natural fertility of the soil favouring it with limited interventions, promoting biodiverity and excluding the use of synthetic products. The protection from the plant is done by covering with substances such as copper and sulphur. The use of chemical fertilisers is also avoided for soil treatment. During winemaking, the oenological products used are biologically certified.
It’s a blunt Sangiovese and easy to drink. It has a bright red colour with purplish reflections. At the nose it is rich in red fruit aromas, also present in the mouth with the typical notes of cherry and purple. Fresh, medium-sized fruity with delicate tannins, it is a wine suitable for all occasions.
