A coastal inspired Irish gin from those Copeland folks! It features 12 organic and wild botanicals such as pine needles, cubeb berries, orange and lemon peel and sea pink maritima (a small purple flower) from local islands. It’s a meticulous process, and after they’re weighed out botanicals are then steeped in spirit for 15 hours before it’s all whacked into the still. Finally it’s bottled at 45% ABV and placed into this lovely vessel complete with a compass to point you in the right direction.
