oggio Delle Faine Rosso is a trill for the nose with is a concentrated bucket, off fresh vanilla wood, with a pleasuring smell of light fruit. The taste is elegant aroma leather chocolate and coffee. this wine goes good with pasta dishes in tomato sauce.
This wine grows on old vineyards and was aged for 12 month in new fresh barriques. The result is amazing. A strong complex wine with a rich flavor. Pasta dishes with tomato sauces, hearty pork and beef dishes (roast in dark sauces, grilled meat), lamb, game, soft cheese, hard cheese.
With aromas of raspberry and strawberry mixed with hints of chocolate this wine tastes of dark fruits that integrate well with the taste of dark chocolate besides possessing vanilla tones. We recommend to serve alongside dishes like red meat and cooked meat. On the other hand, it is perfect for cheeses, either hard or soft, and different types of fresh pasta.
