A vegan-friendly wine, Bajo has an intense red colour with violet hues. The nose immediately reveals a bouquet of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, enriched by spicy notes due in part to the ageing in wood. On the palate, it is a fresh and drinkable wine, with soft tannins and good acidity.
Although designed for vegan consumers, this wine pairs perfectly with grilled meats and typical dishes of Abruzzo cuisine, such as timballo. In general, it requires flavourful dishes, preferably seasoned with tomato.
