Wounded Knee is a fruited sour with 200g/L of strawberry purée for a tart and refreshing beer with loads of fresh strawberry character. The acidity provides a thirst-quenching zing to the experience, while the hefty charge of flaked oats in the grist gives the beer a thick, pillowy body and smooth drinkability. This beer is perfect for those long summer evenings or as a refreshing palate cleanser during a session.
