A classic beer style built on a new hybrid strain of yeast Saccharomyces pastorianus, which was created to produce pure lagers with strong flavor characteristics, the flavor profile is very clean with mild esters. The enzyme β-glucosidase is present, which promotes the biotransformation of hops and can enhance the aroma and taste of hops. The hoping itself is based on a mixture of experimental hop varieties in the last stages of selection. A unique, precisely defined blend of new hybrids, where the composition includes varieties that are in cooking trials and will enter the registration process.
