Another addition to the gose range from Sibeerie. This light twelve with more than a pinch of salt is simply an ideal knockable, captivating beer. Some coriander, rosemary and dried orange peels were added to the whirlpool and red orange to the fermentation. The final product thus offers an interesting combination of refreshing acidity with an unusual salty line and citrus bitterness
