Our Galaxy DIPA series returns — now supercharged with Simcoe. Bursting with passionfruit, peach, and citrus on the nose, this one leans into a bold interplay of dank pine resin and bright grapefruit zest.
Tropical notes of apricot and passionfruit carry through, giving a juicy, layered finish with just enough bite to keep it sharp. Soft, smooth, and dangerously easy-drinking for an 8% DIPA.
