Domaine Boutinot has a knack for finding great parcels of fruit, and this blend from across the 17 Côtes du Rhône Villages is a perfect example. Mostly Grenache with a touch of Syrah, it’s seen just a little oak, keeping everything balanced and approachable. Blackberries and hedgerow fruit lead the way, with hints of liquorice and a pinch of black pepper. Medium-bodied yet surprisingly rich, it has a silky texture and a subtle note of dried herbs. A wine that effortlessly captures the character of the southern Rhône.
