This vineyard is more than just a Bourgogne AOC. It is located on the edge of the Puligny-Montrachet vineyards, a prestigious appellation. Biodynamically farmed, the soil is rich in silt and clay, giving the wine a generous character.
Great care is taken of this Clos du Chateau, from the vines to the cellar. The wine is meant to be an exceptional Bourgogne Blanc that reflects its origin and location.
The aroma is delicate and elegant, with a beautiful fruit quality. The taste is refined and expressive, with a mouth-filling and long finish. This is a wine that stands out from the regular Bourgogne Chardonnay.
