The Beaune „Les Associés“ rouge by Henri & Gilles Buisson is an elegant Pinot Noir from two traditional village sites in Beaune. Produced biodynamically and aged with minimal intervention, this Burgundy displays the region’s typical finesse and juiciness at moderate alcohol content.
🎨 Colour: Medium, slightly transparent carmine red
👃 Aroma: Floral notes of iris and lilac, raspberries, wild strawberries, sour cherries, subtle spice with yeast, peat and fine oak notes
👅 Palate: Impressively fine and elegant, fresh and juicy with floral notes, dark, almost earthy peat character, harmoniously integrated tannins and acidity
🎭 Character: Strikingly beautiful, sensual village wine with Burgundian elegance, quite powerful with hints of Pommard, yet always delicate and approachable
🍽️ Food Pairing: Burritos with pulled pork, pumpkin risotto with cinnamon, Kung Pao chicken, grilled poultry, mushroom dishes
✨ Special Features: Biodyvin-certified, 50-year-old vines on limestone and alluvial soils, spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulphiting (40-50 mg/l), only 10% new barrels, tasted daily and individually aged
